This DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or materials of a Katrina product, you may send the product to us for evaluation following the return policy below. CLOSEOUTS Closeout items are either DISCONTINUED or OVERSTOCK merchandise that is priced to sell. Closeouts are NOT damaged or seconds and are fully covered by Katrina Activewear quality warranty. Please make sure of sizing and color options prior to placing order. Supply is limited and some items ordered might be sold out. We will contact you, by email, if an item you ordered is no longer in stock.  ALL CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED. Shipping time as guaranteed by the carrier does not include processing time.  You have the choice of UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day service.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or ship merchandise for Saturday delivery.  All refused shipments will be charged $10, result in loss of the shipping charge and incur a 10% restocking fee. STANDARD DELIVERY Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.  Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. EXPRESS SHIPPING Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries. All custom ordered products are not available for Express shipping. Express delivery is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. BACK ORDERS You will be notified, either by email or phone, of items on back order and their expected delivery date. Please allow 5-7 weeks for back orders. Items ordered together may not be shipped together.   PAYMENT AND BILLING PAYMENT METHODS Credit Card purchases only.  We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.  Mail in and fax orders are no longer accepted.  Katrina Online accepts the following credit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists. TAX POLICY Katrina Online collects sales or use tax in the state of Arizona. Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. Please note: Prices shown are in U.S. dollars only.   RETURNS AND EXCHANGES RETURN POLICY We will exchange or issue a refund on unworn, unused, and unwashed products... no questions, no hassles. To request a return, email refunds@katrinawear.com, or call 888-444-7672 with your order number, item number, color, size and quantity along with your reason for return. You will be issued a return authorization number. This number must appear legibly on the outside of the package being returned. Merchandise returned without an authorization number will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Return package must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only. Store credits and exchanges will be issued within 30 days of invoice date only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items may not be returned. Katrina Activewear reserves the right to refuse any return not meeting any or all of these requirements. It is recommended that you insure your return and use a shipping method with a tracking option, such as UPS. Katrina Activewear cannot be held liable for lost inbound packages.
